    Paneer Manchurian Dry Recipe

    Ingredients

    • For Fried Paneer:
    • 250 grams Paneer (cottage Cheese) – Cut into Small Cubes
    • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
    • 4 Tbsp Corn Starch
    • ½ tsp garlic paste
    • ½ tsp ginger paste
    • ½ tsp soya sauce
    • Cooking oil
    • ¼ cup water
    • salt as per taste
    • For Saute & Main Cooking:
    • ½ tsp Ginger Paste
    • ½ tsp Garlic Paste
    • 1 Medium size Onion Chopped
    • 1 Medium Capsicum finely chopped
    • 1 Green chilly chopped
    • 2 Tbsp spring Onion chopped
    • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketch Up
    • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
    • Salt as per taste

    Method

    Step 1

    1. Take a big bowl and add all purpose flour, corn starch, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, soy sauce and ¼ cup water and make a thick batter. Add Paneer cubes into it and keep it for 20 mins for marinated properly.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes over medium flame until they turn golden brown.
    3. Drain fried paneer cubes and transfer them into a plate. Absorb extra oil from paneer cubes through kitchen paper.
    4. Now, take another thick bottom-pan and add 2 Tbsp oil. Heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 20-30 seconds on low flame.
    5. Add chopped green chillies, capsicum and onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
    6. Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce and salt. Add fried paneer and spring onion and mix everything well. Toss everything again and again. Cook for 1 min on high flame.
    7. Dry Paneer Manchurian is ready to serve.
