Poha Namkeen Chivda

Ingredients
- 250 gm paper poha
- 1/2 1 turmeric powder
- Oil to fry
- Chili powder
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- ¼ cup rosted chana dal
- ¼ Moong dal beans
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean the Poha, Heat up ¼ cup oil in a big wok add ½tsb turmeric powder , add poha and mix it well. Now roast Poha on low flame for 10 minutes or till its turns crisp. Stir it randomly. Drain the poha in to a plate. Sprinkle chilli powder and salt.
Step 2
Take a small frying pan add 1 cup oil. Using a strainer with long handle, deep fry peanuts , Cashews , Curry leaves , Chana dal and Moong dal one by one and drain it on a plate and add it into the poha mixture .
Step 3
Poha namkeen chivda is ready to serve. Let it cool and keep it in a air tight container, You can use it for a month as breakfast and snacks.
