  • 1 Cup cooked rice
  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • Sugar
  • Raisins
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Chopped almonds
  • Powdered cardamom
  • Ghee


Step 1

Soak the rice for 10 minutes, Take pressure cooker add ghee and drain the soaked rice in it and sauté it for 1-2 minutes. Now add some water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Mashed it well

Step 2

Boil milk in wide pan and let them boil, Drain the cooked rice and mixed it well cook it on low flame, Now add Sugar according to taste and stir it carefully add cardamom powder,

Step 3

It’s the time to add dry fruits Chopped cashews nuts, Almonds, resins. The yummy tasty rice kheer is ready to serve.
