Paneer Masala khichdi

- Rice 1 Cup
- Dal ½ cup
- Onion - 1
- Panner cubes
- Garam Masala
- Mustard Seeds
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander powder
- Green Chili
- Green Peas
- Red Chili Powder
- Cooking Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash dal and rice and keep them aside . Heat up oil in Pressure cooker add Mustard Seeds and crackle them, Add chopped chilies, Onions , green Chilies and cook for 2-3 minute till onions turns transparent.
Step 2
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam Masala and stir it for 30 sec, now add soaked rice and dal in it and sauté for a minute now add 3 cup water in it and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
Step 3
Now the spicy and delicious Panner Masala is ready to serve , garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
