Ingredients
- 1 small Cauliflower (gobhi)
- 1 Potato
- 1tsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder
- Cooking Oil
- Coriander leaves
Method
Step 1
Roughly chopped the cauliflower and potatoes and wash it in water.
Step 2
Heat up oil in pan or kadai, add cumin seeds and asafetida and crackle the seeds now add green chili ,ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 min till the raw aroma of ginger and garlic disappear.
Step 3
Add Chopped potato ,gobhi and turmeric powder, chili powder in it and mixed it well on medium flame add some water and cover the pan cook for 5 minutes stir it randomly.
Step 4
Now add garam masala and mixed it well and cook it for 2 minutes. And the yummy delicious gobhi ki sabzi is ready to eat . Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.Serve it with Chapati and Rice
