Ingredients
- Lauki /Dodhi/ Bottle got -2 cup grated
- Wheat flour Atta
- Green Chilies
- Red chili powder
- ½ Garam Masala
- ½ Carom Ajwain
- Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and peel the lauki and then grate them in a bowl, add green chilies,red chili , garam masala,ajwain, hing and mixed it well. Now add the wheat flour and salt in it and make dough, don’t add extra water in it the moisture of louki is enough to make dough. Make smooth dough.
Step 2
Now take medium size chucks from the dough and pratha 5- 6 diameters with the help of roller. Dust some floor on the surface. Now put paratha on the heated tava and cook with the help of oil from both the side. Do the same for other Paratha’s

The Yummy tasty lauki ka paratha is ready to serve. Serve it in breakfast or snacks. Serve it with yogurts, chutney, or tomato chutney.
