Ingredients
- Tovar (arhar dal)
- Mong dal
- Chana dal
- Chana dal
- ½ turmeric powder
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- ½ mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- chili powder as per taste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1tsp ginger garlic paste
- Chopped onions
- Garam Masala
- 2 chopped tomatos
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil / Ghee
Method
Step 1
Wash and soak all the dal for 20 min and drain it. Combine the dals and add water , turmeric powder and pressure cook for 3 whistle. Escape pressure and Open pressure cooker and mixed the dal well.
Step 2
Now heat up oil/ghee in pan or kadai , add cumin seeds mustard seeds and crakle them now add curry leaves and dry crushed red chili mix it well
Step 3
Add chopped onion and cook it for 2 minutes till onion cook or transparent. Now add chili powder , coriander powder , Garam masala and salt mixed it well, Now add chopped tomato and cook it. Now add the cooked dal in it and add some water as required and cook to make it boil.
Step 4
Now the Yummy spicy mixed dal is ready to serve garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
