Tomato Peanut Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 red tomatos
- 2 green chilies
- 5- Garlic cloves
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- 1 tsb cumin seeds
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts
- ¼ Red chili powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
Method
Step 1
Roast peanuts in pan and keep aside, Take a jar add roughly chopped tomato,green chilies , garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds ,peanuts , chili powder(optional) and salt. Grind all the ingredients and make a smooth paste add little water if required. Now take the chutney in a serving bowl.
Step 2
Its time give tadka. Heat up 1tsp oil in frying pan add ½ tsb mustard seeds, curry leaves (optional) and crackle them. Drain the tadka in chutney bowl . Now the delicious and yummy tomoto penuts chutney is ready to serve
Step 3
Best serve with Methi ke parathe , Chapatti , Lauki ke parathe or other parathas.
