Ingredients
- 3 cup poha, flattened rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbs mustard seeds
- 1 tbs mustard seeds
- ½ tbs cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 1 big size of onion, chopped
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 12 curry leaves
- ½ tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Garnishing Ingridients :-
- ½ onion,chopped
- Few pomegranate seeds
- Coriander leaves

How to make Indori Poha recipe:- 1.Wash the poha 3 times, drain and set aside until it is ready to be used.mix salt , sugar, turmeric powder, red chili, 2. heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and mustard seeds sauté for a minute when mustard seeds started to splutter add peanuts sauté for a minute Then add onions , green chilies and curry leaves. cook until the onion turns a little brown in colour. 3. next add the poha and mix well. cover and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and add lemon juice. Garnish it with some chopped onions, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and senv Serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee
My Tips :-
If you have jiravan or poha masala,sprinkle it on top of the poha and enjoy it in your morning breakfast.
