- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Oil to cook
Method
Step 1
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, oil, vanilla essence, milk and water to form a smooth paste of batter. 2. Take a pan of 6-7 diameter and heat too less oil in it. Spread the oil through the pan once it hated. 3. Pour the batter into the pan and lower the heat. Cover it for 10 seconds and hen uncover it and flip the cake if required. 4. When the edges of the pancake start lifting, that means pancake is done. 5. Serve the pancake with upside down on a plate.
