Tacco Cone Spicy Chick Peas

Ingredients
- 200 grams chick peas
- 1 big size onion chopped
- 1 big tomato chopped
- green chilly chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- oil to cook
- 2-3 red chilly
- 1 lemon
- Chana Masala
- salt to taste
- Small light fried Paneer cubes (optional)
- 4-5 Papad
Method
Step 1
Spicy ChickPeas: 1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water. 2. Boiled the soaked chickpeas with some salt and turmeric. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté the onion till it golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till oil comes out. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chopped green chilies and tomatoes. Sauté all the ingredients until tomato soften. Add the chickpeas. 4. Sauté and fry all the ingredients and mix very well till chick peas become little soft. 5. You can also add small paneer cubes and chopped coriander leaves to make it tastier.
Step 2
Taco Cone: 1. Break one round shaped papad into 2 half round shaped pieces. 2. Lightly roast the half papad one by one without oil. 3. Take the hot papad in hand and give it a cone shape while it is light hot and soft. 4. Repeat step 3 again and again with all the papad. Now put the spicy chick peas on all the cones and keep the cone in a small glass and serve.
