Ingredients
- Moong Seeds
- Alfalfa seeds or Mot’ Seeds
- Onions 1
- Green chilies 2
- Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 1
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
Method
Step 1
How To Make Sprouts Step 1 Clean the seeds and wash it for 2- times and Soak the Moong Dal seeds and Mot seeds(or you can take any one of them) for 6-8 hours in to the water. And after that rinse all the water and put all the seeds in muslin cloth and place it into dark and warm place for 12-15 hours. Now sprouts are ready. Note: don’t put sprouts more than a day or 2 day.
Step 2
How to Make Fried Sprouts Take pressure cooker Add 2-3 tbl Spoon oil add 1tbl mustard seeds add finely chopped onion green chilies curry leaves in it and sauté for 1-2 minutes after that add chili powder and salt to taste and the Sprouts in it and sauté for 1-2 Minutes. Add some water and 2-3 whistle in pressure cooker and now your fried spicy Sprouts are ready.
Step 3
Garnishing: garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, Lemon, Chopped onion and sev. You can also eat this with Pav’s or bread.
