Malai Laddoo Recipe

Malai Laddoo

    This is one of the easy and most favourite dishes of mine. This recipe is simple to make yet so tasty that you can make this for Guru Purab day or any other festival occasion or any time in your home for the family. Find the recipe here:



    • Half cup condensed milk
    • 250 grams paneer or cottage cheese
    • 2-3 drops kewra essence (optional)
    • ¼ tsp elaichi or cardamom powder
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • pinch of yellow colour or kesar (optional)
    • Raisins or nuts for garnishing


    Step 1

    1. Mash the Paneer properly so that no lumps will be present.
    2. In a pan add condensed milk and sugar and cook it o low flame. Stir it continuously.
    3. Now add the paneer into it and again cook it very well. Stir it again and again and cook it until thick.
    4. Add essence or elaichi powder and mix it well. Remove from flame.
    5. Pour on the plate and cool it. 6. Take small portion and make round shape laddoos. Do the same process with the rest of the mixture.
    7. Garnish it with raisins or chopped nuts on top.
