Bengali lovable fish Mourala mach is always favourite for all. And without masala spicy Mourala Mach is a light and delicious food for all Bengalis.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Mourala Fish
- 1-2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt as per taste
- mustard oil as required
- nigella seeds or kalonji/kalo jeera
- 4-5 split green chillies
Method
Step 1
1. Mix the Mourala fish with turmeric powder and little salt. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Mourala fishes lightly. 3. Remember don’t deep fry the Mourala fish. So lightly fry the Mourala fish.
Step 2
1. In the same oil, add nigella seeds and 1 green chilly. 2. Add little warm water. Add turmeric powder, light salt and splitted green chillies. 3. When water comes to boil, add fried fishes on this. Cook for 5-6 mins. 4. If you want it more spicy, then you can add more green chillies on this gravy. 5. At last, add the 1-2 tsp mustard oil in the gravy and make it perfect and yummy.
