Ingredients
- 2 cup pasta
- Mustard seeds
- Ginger garlic paste
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 – Finely chopped tomato
- Chopped green chilies
- ½ Chili powder
- ¼ turmeric powder
- Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Boil water in a large pan and add 1tsp oil drain pasta in it and boil it for 5-8 for thicker skin pasta it may take 10-12. Don’t over cook pasta. Rinse the water and keep it aside.
Step 2
Heat up some oil in a pan add mustard seeds and crackle them , now add ginger garlic paste chopped green chili, onion and cook for 1-2 till the raw aroma of ginger garlic disappear.
Step 3
Add turmeric powder chili powder (optional), salt, chopped tomato mixed it well and cook it for a minute. Add some water and cook till the sauce boil now drain pasta in the sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes and the Yummy Indian style pasta is ready to serve
Step 4
Garnish it with Grated cheese
