Lemon Leaf Fruits Salad

Ingredients
- 100 grams fresh water chestnuts (singhada)
- 1 Red apple
- 1 Pear
- ½ Pineapple diced
- 2 Tbsp groundnut oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp torn lemon leaves
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp roasted fennel seeds
- 1 ½ Tbsp beaten thick curd
- salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 tsp whole roasted fennel seeds for garnishing
- Some lemon leaves for garnishing (optional)
Method
Step 1
1. Heat honey with torn lemon leaves. 2. Now keep it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove leaves from honey. 3. Combine rest of all the ingredients for dressing. Season well. 4. Now add chopped, apple, pears, pineapple, water chestnuts in a bowl. 5. Toss the fruits with dressing and keep it in refrigerator for chilling. 6. Garnish with lemon leaves and roasted fennel seeds.
