It is most commonly served with Indian snacks like Vada Pav,  Khamand Dhokla, Aloo Vada, popular Delhi street food Moong dal ladoo, Pakora and many more. Ingredients

  • 8-10 green chilies
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 5-10 curry leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 3-4 tsp fresh curd or yogurt
  • Use 1-2 tsp black salt or common salt as per taste
  • 1 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder/ Amchur Powder

Method

Step 1

Wash the green chilies, curry leaves and coriander leaves in water and rinse them gently. Now take a mixer pot & add green chilies, garlic cloves, cumin powder, curry leaves, curd and salt to taste. Now grind them till a smooth paste will be made. Add some water if required

Step 2

Green chutney is ready to serve. Serve it with Guajarati Khanmad dhokla, Aloo vada , Vada pav, Pakora and any other tea time snacks.
