Ingredients
- Corn Poha
- Peanuts
- Curry leaves
- Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean the corn poha and keep them aside, Heat up oil in a pan or kadai to deep fry poha now deep fry all the poha with the help fine sieve with a handle fry it till it turns brown and remove excess oil and put it on a kitchen towel.
Step 2
Now deep fry penuts and curry leaves and put them on the fried poha, sprinkle chili powder salt and and mixed it well,. Keep it in an air tight container
Step 3
And the yummy Diwali special corn poha namkeen is ready. Serve it to your guest with hot coffee or tea or you can use in your breakfast and snacks as well.
